Vision + Mission
The name Se.cure is a play on words.
The name Se.cure is a play on words to communicate that when a Christian leader is secure in the character of God, then he/she will ask God the hard questions about their life story, which will help see cure in their story. A Se.cure Christian leader, in Jesus and themselves, can show up in this world the way God has created them.
Our Vision
A world where Christian leaders are fully known, deeply rooted, and free to lead from a place of wholeness rather than performance.
Our Mission
To foster a warm and safe environment where emerging leaders can explore life's challenges, engage in meaningful dialogue, and develop a transformative perspective.
What we stand for
Safety
We create spaces where people can show up without their armor on. Safety is not a buzzword for us, it is one of our anchors.
Belonging
Belongingness is a need, not a want. Every leader deserves to feel genuinely seen and welcomed.
Wholeness
We care more about the person and their wellbeing than their current position. Leadership flows best from a place of inner health and grounding in Christ.
Offline Presence
We intentionally disconnect from screens to reconnect with God, ourselves, and each other. Real community happens face to face.
